Founded in 2016, Freetrade offers access to more than 4000 shares, investment trusts, and ETFs. With more than 500,000 users, Freetrade is one of the most popular no commission investing apps in the United Kingdom.
Pros:

- Easy to use and to open an account
Cons:
- Do not offer any access to open-ended funds (mutual funds)
- Mobile only
- Users need to pay 0.45% on investments as a foreign exchange fee.

Trading 212 offers a mobile trading app with the full functionality of a desktop platform. The app offers access to more than 10,000 stocks and ETFs in several UK and international exchanges. Like Freetrade, it offers 100% free trading.
Pros:

- Easy to open an account
- Supports CFD trading
Cons:
- Platform can be complex for beginners

Vanguard Investor UK
Vanguard is an investment platform with 30 million investors worldwide. It has over 75 funds to choose from, pooling money from lots of investors and using it to buy hundreds of different shares and bonds.

Binance is a relative newcomer to the cryptocurrency space, founded in 2017 by Changpeng Zhao. Binance is available in more than 180 countries worldwide, though they did have to spin off a separate entity, Binance US, specifically for United States users.

- It can be overwhelming, even for experienced users
- No built-in digital wallet (uses Trust Wallets)

This is the secondary site that I use to gather a company’s financial statement. The primary site I use will always be the specific company’s financial statement report, which is available in a company’s webpage.

Investing.com is a financial platform and news website; one of the top three global financial websites in the world. It offers market quotes, information about stocks, futures, options, analysis, commodities, and an economic calendar.
This is the site that I use to be updated about the worldwide news regarding the markets, economics, companies, and finances.
SoftMaker FreeOffice
SoftMaker FreeOffice is free for personal and business use. It is under the main company SoftMaker Office which is an office suite developed since 1987 by the German company SoftMaker Software GmbH based in Nuremberg.
I use this instead of purchasing a subscription of Microsoft Office.
I use SoftMaker FreeOffice’s spreadsheet to make my fundamental analysis and valuations of a company.
