๐ Itโs that time of the month again, and as promised, here is my monthly contribution to the public Zero-to-Hero Portfolio. Drawing inspiration from my book, Zero to HeroโThe Rookie Investorโs Manifesto, here’s an update on my investment journey and the latest market news.

๐ Tesla (Ticker Symbol: TSLA), making up 0.58% of my Zero-to-Hero Portfolio through the FTSE Global All Cap Index Fund, has seen a remarkable 50% rise in its share price over the past month. This surge is attributed to their better-than-expected delivery numbers for the second quarter of 2024. They reported 443,956 deliveries, surpassing analysts’ expectations of 439,302. Of these, Model 3/Y deliveries accounted for 422,405, while other models contributed 21,551 deliveries .

๐ฐ As we move into Q2 earnings season this July, all eyes are on Big Tech. If these companies continue to meet or exceed analystsโ projections, we might see the markets push further upward. However, any misses could lead to potential pullbacks.

๐ Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell recently expressed concerns about the risks of maintaining high interest rates for too long, which could jeopardize U.S. economic growth.

Across the Atlantic, European stocks closed lower on Tuesday as investors weighed the political uncertainty in France following Sundayโs election. With no party winning a majority, France faces a hung parliament. This means that parties will need to work togetherโeither informally or through coalitionsโto achieve any legislative progress, an outcome that remains uncertain.
